Innovation Digest – December 2020 Vol. 1

As we look ahead to a new year of promise, there is an opportunity to rededicate ourselves to the core principles that must guide health care policy. The needs, experiences, and perspectives of the patient must be the center point. The humanity of healthcare must be enhanced, not replaced, by technology. All persons have the right to equitable care that dignifies and restores their health and well being. A healthy society requires commitment from each of us to “first do no harm.” These are the foundation and will illuminate of the right path ahead.
